  • Why are we transforming?

    With the industry changing so rapidly we wanted to make sure our events were keeping pace. So we began a project with 150+ leading retailers and brands to understand what was happening in the market and how we could meet the needs of today’s retailers and brands.

    What did we find out? Everything a retailer and brand does is driven by customer needs. With this customer-centricity now embedded in every team and individual, decisions around tech and design are longer taken in isolation but through a blended understanding of customer experience.

    Tech separated from design is not the answer; consumers still crave the emotional and physical experience of the high street despite the huge advances in the online shopping experience. A successful campaign needs the best of both worlds: effective use of tech, merged with inspired creative elements of design.

    Retailers asked us to transform our offering to reflect this new world. Three separate events just doesn’t make sense anymore; retailers and brands want one event where they can find the tools to energise their business and create engaging customer experiences.
